Cruise Booking Terms & Conditions – GoParyatak Tourism
1. Role of GoParyatak Tourism
- GoParyatak Tourism acts only as a travel agent / facilitator for cruise bookings.
- The cruise is operated by the respective cruise line, and all services are governed by the cruise line’s own terms & conditions (Cruise Contract).
- GoParyatak shall not be held liable for:
- Cruise operations
- Onboard services
- Schedule changes or cancellations
2. Booking & Payment Terms
Cruise bookings require deposit or full payment as per cruise line policy.
● Some cruise fares (especially restricted fares) are:
○ Non-refundable
○ Non-transferable
● Failure to complete payment within timelines may result in automatic cancellation.
3. Pricing & Currency

4. Cruise Fare Inclusions & Exclusions
Typically Included:
- Accommodation onboard
- Meals (standard dining)
- Entertainment
Not Included:
- Flights, visas, insurance
- Shore excursions
- Alcohol, specialty dining, gratuities
- Transfers, personal expenses
5. Mandatory Documentation
Guests must carry:
○ Valid passport
○ Required visas
○ Any transit visas (if applicable)
● Guests without proper documentation will be denied boarding without refund.
6. Health & Fitness Declaration
By booking, guests confirm they are fit to travel.
● Cruise lines may deny boarding for:
○ Medical conditions
○ Contagious diseases
○ Pregnancy beyond permitted weeks (usually 24 weeks)
● Guests must consult their doctor if required.
7. Pregnancy & Age Restrictions
● Pregnant women beyond 24 weeks at embarkation will not be allowed to sail.
● Infants:
○ Minimum age typically 6 months
○ Some itineraries require 12 months+
8. Minors Policy
- Guests below 18 must:
- Travel with parent/guardian OR
- Provide authorization documents
9. Itinerary Changes
- Cruise lines may change:
- Ports of call
- Sailing schedules
- Onboard offerings
without prior notice due to operational or weather conditions.
10. Check-in & Boarding
- Guests must:
- Arrive well in advance (recommended 4 hours prior)
- Complete all formalities
- Late arrival may result in denied boarding without refund.
11. Cancellation & Refunds
Cruise cancellation policies vary by:
○ Cruise line
○ Cabin category
○ Duration
● In many cases:
○ Deposits may be non-refundable
○ Full cancellation charges apply closer to departure
● Refunds (if any):
○ Processed by cruise line
○ May take time
○ Subject to forex variation
● GoParyatak is not responsible for delays in refunds by cruise lines.
12. No Refund for Unused Services
- No refund for:
- Missed boarding
- Early disembarkation
- Unused services onboard
13. Onboard Policies
Guests must follow cruise rules including:
● Alcohol restrictions
● Smoking policies
● Safety regulations
● Dress codes (if applicable)
Violation may lead to:
● Fines
● Removal from cruise without refund
14. Baggage & Valuables
- Guests are responsible for their belongings.
- Cruise lines are not liable for:
- Loss / theft / damage
- Carry valuables personally
15. Prohibited Items
- Weapons, illegal items, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Such items may be confiscated without compensation.
16. Shore Excursions & Activities
Provided by third-party operators.
● Subject to:
○ Availability
○ Weather conditions
○ Local regulations
● GoParyatak is not liable for:
○ Cancellation
○ Injuries
○ Service quality
17. Ground Transfers & Flights
Transfers and flights (if booked) are:
○ Separate services
○ Subject to their own policies
● Missing cruise due to flight delay is the guest’s responsibility.
18. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
○ Medical emergencies
○ Trip cancellations
○ Delays
19. Refusal of Boarding / Removal
Cruise line may deny boarding or remove a guest for:
● Health reasons
● Misconduct
● Legal restrictions
No refund will be applicable.
20. Force Majeure
In case of:
● Weather disruptions
● Pandemic
● Government restrictions
● Cruise line decisions will prevail
● Refunds/credits depend on cruise policies
21. Travel Agent Disclaimer
GoParyatak Tourism acts only as an independent booking agent.
● We are not responsible for:
○ Cruise line actions
○ Service quality
○ Operational changes
