Here is a list of some frequently asked questions by travelers to the Goparyatak team. These Frequently Asked Questions answer the doubts related to payment policy, cancellation policy, reservations policy.
Goparyatak Payment policy: You have to pay 25% of the total cost at the time of booking confirmation, Next 25% 1 month prior & remaining 50% 15 Days before the tour begins.
Certainly yes! usually, we quote an amount inclusive of the GST factor. However, we advise you to please reconfirm with our team before paying the travel package advance amount.
Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive advice in writing, cancellation charges would be as follows:
Anytime after booking confirmation: 10% of the Tour/service cost (Will not be refunded in any case including lockdown similar situations)
15 days prior to arrival: 50% & 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund will be processed.
We do accept cancellation on all working days, except Sundays and any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on the next working day (Monday)
Hotels have different cancellation policies for the X-mas and new year, Summer, Diwali, Holi, Dussehra and other blackout dates.
In case you cancel the trip after your tour start date, as per policy, no refund will be processed. However, we will talk to hoteliers and our transport partners to get the maximum refund amount.
Firstly, in case of unique situations like lockdowns announced by Govt, if travel service providers and travelers do not have any role in cancellation, dates extension facility will be provided to the travelers. Secondly, note that rescheduling to peak seasonal dates/blackout dates may incur fare differences.
In some circumstances, for instance, traveler’s death a few hours before the travel plan, we will coordinate with all the stakeholders in the tour (i.e hotels, cabs, air tickets) and we will try to provide maximum refunds to the traveler’s family. However, in all the scenarios & circumstances, GoParyatak will retain 10% of the booking amount as a token of already put booking efforts.
Carefully check the inclusions and exclusions mentioned in the proposals shared by the travel booking agency.
Firstly check the points not mentioned in the inclusions/points mentioned in the exclusions have to be directly paid on the spot and Goparyatak has nothing to do with those charges.
No, there is no fee for our vacation planning consultation for routine itineraries & destinations. In case of complicated itineraries where we have to put extra effort, costs, we may request an intent-to-travel deposit to begin the process.

Certainly, yes! we are ready to work out according to your budget. We can change hotels and itineraries to fit the package in your budget. However, the quality of services may get affected if we try to reduce too much budget.
If you are traveling abroad, carry your original passport expiring in not less than 6 months or your returning date. Also, check if you need a visa or transit visa. We advise you to please issue return air tickets in advance. We highly recommend you to book hotels in advance. Last but not least, Travel abroad with travel insurance. if you are traveling within India, you must carry ar local ID card such as a Driving license and /or AADHAR card.
The booking procedure is very simple. You can contact us with your requirements and we will revert to you within 48 hours along with the options for hotels and holidays as per your requirements.
Yes! Altering booking dates is possible. However, the host hotels/stays should allow doing so. This facility may vary on a hotel to hotel basis.
Travelers can book any one of the services right from Airport transfers, Air tickets, only cab for destinations, only hotels/resorts/home-stays, meal coupons. If travelers want, they can book all the travel services with us or anyone of them.
We accept all type of payments, Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, PayPal, etc. We DO NOT ACCEPT DD and Cheque payments.
For now, you have to pay TCS (Tax Collected at Source) for tours and travel services outside India. However, You do not have to pay TCS for domestic tours and travel services. Travel agents should directly collect TCS from the travelers. Currently, the TCS amount for outbound tours is 5% of the total package amount.
Firstly, there are a few destinations where the government collects taxes from the tourists locally. For instance, Hotels and Resorts in UAE directly collect tourism dirham from travelers on behalf of the local government. However, GoParyatak can’t include these local taxes in your travel package.
If in case, travelers make any damage to any property at tourist places, local governments may impose fines on the travelers. GoParyatak doesn’t hold any responsibility for this. Guests have to directly deal with it and pay directly to the local authorities.
GoParyatak doesn’t hold any responsibility if traveler misses the pickup due to personal reasons. Travelers must have to bear the rescheduling costs.
