Payment & Cancellation Policy – GoParyatak Tourism
1. Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm any booking. Bookings will not be processed or blocked without receipt of the advance. Note: The advance amount may vary and can be higher than 30% depending on supplier requirements.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the travel date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required upfront.
- Travel documents (vouchers, hotel confirmations, transport details, tickets) will be shared only after full payment is received.
- GoParyatak Tourism will release payments to hotels and service providers only after receiving full payment from the guest.
- Delay in payment may result in cancellation of booking or revision in rates without prior notice.
Accepted Payment Modes
- Bank Transfer / UPI / Debit Card
- Credit Card (2.5% additional charges applicable)
- Cash (subject to legal limits)
Demand Draft (DD) payments are not accepted
Billing & Documentation
- Guests must provide accurate billing details, including GST number (if applicable), at the time of booking.
- Invoices are generally issued after completion of the tour. Advance invoices must be requested at the time of booking.
- For international travel, PAN Card submission is mandatory.
2. Third-Party Services (Mandatory Clause)
- Services such as flights, visas, insurance, cruises, ferries, trains, and activities are provided by third-party vendors.
- These services require 100% advance payment and are non-refundable unless permitted by the vendor’s policy.
- Any delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or losses are governed solely by the respective provider’s terms.
- GoParyatak Tourism acts as a facilitator only and shall not be financially liable, but may assist on a best-effort basis.
3. Price Validity & Revisions
Package prices are subject to change due to:
○ Availability
○ Supplier rate changes
○ Fuel price or tax increases
○ Currency fluctuations (for international travel)
● Final pricing is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
● Any currency fluctuation at the time of final payment will be borne by the guest.
● In case of any technical or human pricing error, GoParyatak reserves the right to revise or cancel the booking prior to confirmation.
4. General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp only
- Requests raised on holidays (as per service location or India) will be processed on the next working day.
- Cancellation is valid only after acknowledgment by GoParyatak Tourism.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–21 working days, subject to receipt of funds from service providers.
- Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment. Cash payments may be refunded via bank transfer at company discretion.
- Bank charges, payment gateway charges, forex charges, and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Peak season / promotional bookings may have stricter cancellation policies.
5. Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 20–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Within 14 days of departure: 100% (No refund)
- No-show / last-minute cancellation: 100% (No refund)
6. Partial Cancellation / Amendments
● Changes such as:
○ Reduction in number of travelers
○ Change in travel dates
○ Hotel or itinerary modifications
May result in:
● Additional charges
● Cancellation of offers
● Repricing of entire package
7. Force Majeure Clause
- In events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions, flight cancellations):
- Policies may be overridden by supplier terms
- GoParyatak will assist with rescheduling/credits
- Refunds are not guaranteed
8. Travel & Operational Conditions
- Standard hotel check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00 hrs
- Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
- Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, local authority permissions, and operational feasibility.
- Drivers are not guides unless specified.
- Vehicle usage is as per itinerary only, not at disposal unless mentioned.
- No refund for unused services once the trip has commenced.
9. Visa & Travel Responsibility
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy.
● GoParyatak Tourism is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or losses arising from it.
● Guests are responsible for:
○ Valid passport, visa, and travel documents
○ Timely reporting for all services
10. Special Conditions & Liability
GoParyatak acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
○ Airline/hotel/vendor delays or failures
○ Loss of baggage or personal belongings
● Any additional expenses due to flight rescheduling or missed connections must be borne by the guest.
11. Complimentary Services
- Complimentary inclusions are subject to availability.
- GoParyatak reserves the right to modify or withdraw such inclusions.
12. Medical & Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- GoParyatak is not liable for medical or emergency expenses.
13. Unfortunate Events (Death / Emergency Cases)
- Refunds will be processed case-by-case upon valid documentation.
- Assistance will be provided, but refunds depend on vendor policies.
14. Operational Contingency Clause
In case of internal emergencies:
- Bookings remain valid
- Services will continue with alternate arrangements
- Delays in communication may occur
- Refunds depend on vendor settlement
15. Client Responsibility & Conduct
- Guests must maintain proper conduct during travel.
- Any damage caused will be charged directly.
- Violation of local laws may result in termination without refund.
- Any additional usage beyond confirmed services will be charged to the guest.
16. Use of Technology & AI Tools
- GoParyatak may use AI tools and automated systems for communication and planning.
- All such information is subject to human verification and final confirmation.
- Only confirmations from an authorized representative are considered final.
17. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
18. Acceptance of Terms
- By making any payment, the guest confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned above.
