Day 01 :

Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park

Arrive at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check in at the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay: Kaziranga

Day 02 :

Kaziranga National Park Safari

Early morning enjoy an Elephant Safari in one zone of Kaziranga (subject to availability). After breakfast, proceed for an afternoon Jeep Safari to spot rhinos, wild buffaloes, elephants, deer, birds, and possibly tigers.

Day 03 :

Kaziranga – Shillong

After breakfast drive to Shillong, the “Scotland of the East.” En route visit Maha Mrityunjay Temple, Nagaon, and scenic Umiam Lake. Check in at hotel.

Day 04 :

Shillong – Laitlum Canyons – Krang Suri Falls – Shillong

After breakfast visit Laitlum Canyons for breathtaking panoramic views. Proceed to Krang Suri Falls, famous for its turquoise water and natural swimming pool. Return to Shillong.

Day 05 :

Shillong – Mawsynram – Mawphlang Sacred Forest – Shillong

Visit Mawsynram, the wettest place on Earth, and explore its caves. Later visit Mawphlang Sacred Grove, a community-protected forest. Explore a Khasi model village and visit Elephant Falls in the evening.

Shillong – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Cherrapunjee

Visit Mawlynnong Village, the cleanest village in Asia, and see the Living Root Bridge and balancing rock. Proceed to Dawki for boating on the crystal-clear Umgnot River near the Indo-Bangladesh border. Continue to Cherrapunjee (Sohra).

Cherrapunjee Local Sightseeing

Explore the waterfalls and viewpoints of Cherrapunjee including Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Dainthlen Falls, Eco Park, Mawsmai Cave, and Thangkharang Park.

Day 08 :

Cherrapunjee – Guwahati

After breakfast drive to Guwahati. Visit Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Assam Film Museum, and GTAC Tea Lounge for authentic Assam Tea shopping. Optional Brahmaputra River Cruise in the evening.

Day 09 :

Guwahati – Departure

After breakfast visit the revered Kamakhya Temple. Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.
