    Itinerary

    Upon arrival at Pakse International Airport, meet your guide and begin your journey to the scenic Bolaven Plateau, known for its cool climate and lush landscapes. Visit the spectacular Tad Fan Waterfall, where twin waterfalls cascade dramatically into a deep gorge surrounded by dense tropical vegetation.

    Continue exploring the plateau, famous for its coffee plantations, tea farms, and local agriculture including bananas and cardamom. Later, proceed to Tad Lo village, home to another beautiful waterfall and several ethnic minority communities. Visit the villages of Alak, Nge, and Katu tribes to learn about their traditional lifestyle.

    After breakfast, travel towards Khong Island in the Mekong River. En route, stop to explore the ancient temple complex of Wat Phou, one of Laos’ most important archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temple dates back to the pre-Angkorian period and is dramatically set at the base of a mountain.

    After exploring the temple ruins and enjoying lunch (own arrangement), continue your journey by road to Khong Island, part of the famous 4000 Islands region (Si Phan Don).

    After breakfast, explore the peaceful countryside of the 4000 Islands region. Take a traditional long-tail boat ride to Don Khone Island, where you can see remnants of French colonial history and visit the impressive Liphi Waterfall, also known as the “Corridor of the Devil.”

    Later return to the mainland at Ban Nakasang fishing village and drive further south to visit Khone Phapheng Waterfall, the largest waterfall by volume in Southeast Asia. Surrounded by lush forests and wildlife, it is one of the most breathtaking natural attractions in Laos.

    After sightseeing, drive back to Pakse.

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Pakse Airport for your departure flight with wonderful memories of your Laos journey.
