Itinerary
Arrive at Lengpui Airport (AJL) and transfer to your hotel in Aizawl. Situated at around 4,000 feet, Aizawl offers stunning views of green valleys and surrounding hills. Check in and relax. The rest of the day is free to explore nearby areas or enjoy the calm hill-station atmosphere.
Overnight stay at Aizawl.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Aizawl. Visit Mini Zoo Garden, Solomon’s Temple, Mizoram State Museum (closed on Sundays), Folkland Park, KV Paradise, and enjoy scenic views from Durtlang Hills. In the evening, explore local markets like Bara Bazar and Luangmual Handicraft Centre for traditional Mizo products.

After breakfast, choose one of the following scenic excursions:
Option 1: Tamdil Lake (85 km / approx. 2 hrs one way)
Visit the largest natural lake in Mizoram, surrounded by dense forests. Enjoy boating, fishing, and picnic time in a peaceful natural setting.
OR
Option 2: Reiek Tlang (25 km)
Explore this scenic hilltop offering a 360-degree panoramic view of surrounding valleys. On clear days, you can even see the plains of Bangladesh.
Return to Aizawl by evening.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Lengpui Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Mizoram.
