Itinerary
Arrive at Ranchi Airport (IXR) and proceed by road to Madhuban, the base village of Parasnath Hill. Enjoy a scenic drive through forested terrain. Evening free for rest and darshan at nearby Jain temples to prepare for the Shikharji yatra.
Overnight Stay: Madhuban (Jain Dharamshala / Hotel)
Early morning start for the Shikharji Yatra, the most sacred Jain pilgrimage. Visit the holy Tonks where 20 Tirthankars attained Nirvana. Devotees may walk or use permitted transport as per physical comfort. Entire day devoted to darshan, pooja, and spiritual reflection.
Overnight Stay: Madhuban
After breakfast, drive to Pawapuri, the Nirvana place of Lord Mahavira. Visit Jal Mandir and Samosharan. Continue to Rajgir for darshan at Jain hills such as Vipulachal and Ratnagiri. Non-Jain sites are intentionally skipped.
Overnight Stay: Rajgir / Nearby
Proceed to Champapuri, birthplace of Lord Vasupujya Bhagwan (12th Tirthankar). Visit Janma Kalyanak Bhumi Temple and spend time in peaceful prayer.
Overnight Stay: Bhagalpur
Morning darshan at Champapuri followed by travel to Vaishali, birthplace of Lord Mahavira (24th Tirthankar). Visit Jain temples associated with his birth and early life.
Overnight Stay: Vaishali / Patna outskirts
Drive to Ayodhya, a highly revered Jain tirth where five Tirthankars were born—Rishabhanath, Ajitnath, Abhinandan Nath, Sumatinath, and Anantnath. Jain temple darshan followed by optional Ram Mandir darshan. Attend Saryu Aarti in the evening.
Overnight Stay: Ayodhya
Proceed to Kaushambi, the Nirvana place of Lord Padmaprabhu (6th Tirthankar). Visit Jain temple complex and spend time in meditation and prayer.
Overnight Stay: Kaushambi / Prayagraj outskirts
Travel to Varanasi, birthplace of Lord Parshvanath (23rd Tirthankar). Visit Jain temples at Janmabhoomi. Optional limited Hindu visits include Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ganga Aarti. Optional visit to Sarnath on request.
Overnight Stay: Varanasi
Day reserved for local Jain temple visits, shopping for religious items, or rest. Tour concludes with drop at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station.
