Divine South India Temple Tour

Arrive at Madurai Airport/Railway Station and transfer to your hotel. After breakfast, proceed for darshan at the famous Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, one of the most iconic temples in South India. Continue sightseeing with visits to Thirumalai Nayak Palace, Thirupparankundram Murugan Temple, Alagar Koil, and the Gandhi Memorial Museum. Later, travel to Trichy and visit the historic Rock Fort Temple, built atop an 85-meter-high rock, and Sri Jambukeswarar Temple (Thiruvanaikaval), an ancient Shiva temple on Srirangam Island. After breakfast, drive to Tanjore (Thanjavur) to visit the magnificent Brihadeeswarar Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Raja Raja Chola in 1010 AD. After early breakfast, check out and drive towards Kanyakumari. En route, visit Thiruchendur Murugan Temple, one of the six abodes of Lord Muruga, known for its grand nine-tier gopuram. Also visit Valli’s Cave Temple, located along the seashore. Reach Kanyakumari by evening and witness the spectacular sunset where three seas meet. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.

After breakfast, visit Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Memorial, and the sacred Triveni Sangam. Enjoy the 9D show if time permits. Later, drive to Kovalam, Kerala’s famous international beach destination. En route, visit the historic Suchindram Temple. Check in at your beach resort and relax. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
