Online Visa Application Form
Complete the online visa application form with signature of applicant.
Apply at: visawebapp.boca.gov.tw

Passport Size Photos (2 Nos.)
White background, showing 60% face. Size: 35mm x 45mm without border, 60-65% face coverage.
First photo should be PASTED
Second photo should be CLIPPED
Photos STAPLED on form will NOT be accepted

Indian Company Cover Letter
Mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration and days of stay.
Must be issued by authorized person with Name, Signature and Designation

Invitation Letter from Taiwan
Letter from Taiwan company/organization stating the purpose of visit.
Must include applicant's name, Passport No. & travel dates

Indian Company Registration Documents
Company registration certificate / Import Export License / Shop Establishment Certificate / Industrial License Copy.

Must have Check Mark (✓) or Digital Signature

Indian Company Bank Statement & ITR
Company bank statement for 3 months with original bank stamp and ITR for 1 year.
Digital Signature required on ITR

Applicant's Personal Salary Account Statement
Bank statement for 3 months from applicant's salary account.
Must have Original Bank Stamp, Seal & Sign by Bank

Salary Slips (Last 3 Months)
Salary slips for the last 3 months from the company.
Must have Seal & Sign by the Company

Applicant's ITR or Form 16 (3 Years)
Income Tax Return or Form 16 for 3 years (either one of the documents).

Company Financial Documents
Company account statement for 3 months with ITR for 3 years OR Company Annual Reports (Financial Statements only, no booklet).
Bank statement must have Original Bank Stamp, Seal & Sign

Flight Ticket & Hotel Booking
Confirmed flight tickets and hotel reservations for the duration of stay.

Original Passport + Copies
Original passport along with photocopies of first and last page.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date
