- Personal Covering letter address to Canadian High Commission’ with mention Applicant Passport details, Work Profile, exact travel purpose ,where will staying in Canada, travel date, who will bear expenses, Home address, Mobile No.
- If a business person needs Company Letterhead with authorized person name, signature, Designation and Company Seal.
- Copy of Income Tax Papers for last 3 yrs,
- Original Personal bank statement last Six months updated till date with bank original seal and signature each every page and minimum balance should be Rs. 1 lac per person and more.
- Appointment Letter / Offer letter / Joining letter
- Last 3 months salary slips with mention Joining date, Designation, authorize person name, sing, designation and company seal must.
- Leave Letter on Company letter head with authorize person name, sign, designation and company seal must.
- Investment papers – FDS/PPF/Shares
- If the applicant is a student : He / She to provide the leave sanction letter from the School / Collage letterhead needs to authorize the person’s name, signature, designation and stamp. School / College ID copy must.
- If visiting relatives along with their Invitation Letter, passport/ PR copy, Bank statement, IT returns, Accommodation Proof, Consent letter from Parents/Guardian if below 18 years and traveling alone.
- Children under 18 traveling without one or both parents or without a legal guardian must provide a notarized authorization for travel signed by both parents or by the parent or legal guardian not traveling. This authorization should be available for presentation at the Canadian Port of Entry.
