- 1–3 years of experience in international air ticketing operations
- Graduate degree, preferably in Travel & Tourism or an equivalent diploma
- IATA / UFTAA or other recognized airline certification holders will be given preference

Responsibilities:
PNR blocking, tracking, issuance, or release as per timelines • Ticket issuance using Amadeus/Sabre • Handling upgrades and special service requests • Ticket re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds • Maintenance of daily MIS and reports
