Visa Terms & Conditions

  • Visa Application: Clients must provide accurate and complete information while filling out the visa application form. Any discrepancies or false information may lead to visa rejection.

  • Supporting Documents: Clients must submit all required supporting documents, such as passport copies, photographs, financial statements, travel itineraries, and invitation letters (if applicable) promptly and in the specified format.

  • The Visa application center/consulate/embassy may request additional documents to cross-verify the information submitted by the applicant. In such cases, the applicant must provide the requested documentation. Goparyatak cannot be held responsible or held liable for any demands for documents beyond the routine checklist. Guests are expected to cooperate with the authorities and provide the necessary documentation as requested.

  • It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate and Goparyatak is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner. The Embassy also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance or refuse the visa application.

  • Visa Fees: Clients are responsible for paying the visa processing fees, which are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome. Visa will not be processed until the payment reflects at our end.
  • The visa fee is subject to change, and any updates will be notified at the time of application lodging.

  • Processing Time: Visa processing times can vary based on the embassy’s workload and other factors. Clients are advised to apply well in advance to avoid any last-minute delays.

  • Visa Approval: The final decision on the visa approval or rejection lies solely with the respective embassy or consulate. The travel agency does not have control over the visa decision.

  • Refund Policy: In the event of visa rejection, the travel agency will not be liable for any related expenses, such as flight tickets or accommodation. Clients are responsible for their travel plans, and refunds will be subject to the airline and hotel policies.

  • Visa Rejection: Applicants have the right to reapply or appeal the decision in case of a rejected visa. However, the final decision lies with the respective embassy or consulate, and Goparyatak will provide necessary support, but cannot guarantee the outcome of the reapplication or appeal process. Additional charges may apply.

  • Travel Insurance: Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including visa rejection or trip cancellation. Please carefully verify the total amount secured by opted insurance.

  • Document Collection: Clients must collect their passport and visa from the visa application center or the embassy as per the instructions provided.

  • Timely Communication: Clients are encouraged to maintain open communication with the travel agency throughout the visa processing period and promptly respond to any queries or requests for additional information.

  • Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that Goparyatak is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejecting the visa application by the Embassy.

  • Goparyatak shall not be held responsible if the applicant provides forged or fraudulent documents during the visa application process. Clients are solely responsible for submitting genuine and accurate documents for visa purposes. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information may lead to visa rejection and legal consequences.

  • It is mandatory to comply with the guidelines of the Embassy/High Commission/Emigration Consulate regarding the allowed duration of stay. Overstaying beyond the permitted period will be the sole responsibility of the applicant. Any legal obligations or consequences, including overstay penalties, will be borne by the individual in such cases.

  • Goparyatak shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its respective obligations if caused by force majeure events, such as fog, earthquake, floods, fire, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, or circumstances beyond Goparyatak’s control.

  • The issuance of the visa is solely at the discretion of the visa officer, and Goparyatak shall act only as a representative on behalf of the Customer. The visa officer may or may not approve the application, and the Customer shall not have the right to claim against Goparyatak for any rejection or delay in the approval of the visa application.

  • Goparyatak has no role in the decision-making process for granting the visa, and no promises have been made by any of the staff of Goparyatak regarding the same.

  • In the event of portal errors while applying for a visa via the VFS portal, Goparyatak will not be held responsible if appointments are visible but missed. We will make every effort to assist, but any issues arising from portal errors are beyond our control.

  • Goparyatak endeavors to facilitate the visa application process by providing guidance on standard protocols to follow during visa appointments. However, please note that certain protocols may vary from one application center to another.

  • When taking appointments or submitting the visa form to the consulate or respective authorities, Goparyatak shall consult the applicant to verify all the filled data in the application. It will be submitted only upon approval received from the applicant. In the event of any human error made by a Goparyatak executive while filling details, the applicant must report while verifying the details before the application is submitted. After submission, Goparyatak does not hold any liability or responsibility and will not provide compensation in the case of visa rejection.

  • The itinerary submitted while applying for the Schengen visa may differ from the actual travel itinerary confirmed by the applicants. In such circumstances, Goparyatak is not responsible for any denial of entry by the immigration officer at the entry port. The responsibility lies with the applicant.

  • In the event that courier service is available for documents (visa/passport) dispatch, additional charges will apply and are to be paid directly to the visa processing center/embassy/consulate.

  • In visa cases where only original passport submission is required without an appointment (e.g., Singapore, Japan, and Korea visas), any loss, theft, or damage of the passport by the courier agency is solely the responsibility of that agency. Goparyatak cannot be held accountable for such incidents.

  • The duration of the visa granted is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate. While Goparyatak can provide general information about visa duration/tenure, we do not make any promises or guarantees regarding it.

  • The Visa application center/consulate/embassy may request a bank statement with a ‘healthy balance,’ but there is no specific figure defined. While Goparyatak will guide with relevant information, the decision to reject the visa claim due to insufficient balance lies with the Visa application center/consulate/embassy. Goparyatak cannot be held responsible for such visa rejections.

  • Additional services such as passport retention, premium lounge access, courier service, SMS service, and fast-tracking the application are not included in the basic estimate provided by Goparyatak for Visa application. Guests may utilize these services at an extra cost unless explicitly committed to include them by our executive.

  • Guests may occasionally receive visas with incorrect information, such as mistakes in names, passport numbers, photographs, or dates of birth. It is the applicant’s responsibility to carefully verify all the mentioned data and promptly (within 24 hours) highlight any corrections required. Goparyatak will act as a mediator between the consulate and the applicant. The reissuance of correct documents is solely at the authority of the Visa application center/consulate/embassy. Goparyatak cannot be held accountable for any such discrepancies because the submission is done only after consent from the applicant. Please note for changes to take effect (if permitted), we would require a minimum of 2 working days.

  • Rescheduling of the appointment is subject to permission granted by the Visa application center/consulate/embassy. Goparyatak will facilitate the rescheduling during working hours. Generally, reschedule requests within 24 hrs of reporting at the application center are not allowed. Please note that rules may vary from country to country.

  • Please note that visa processing may not take place on national holidays of the respective countries. Applicants are advised to be aware of this and plan accordingly.

  • If the applicant fails to reach the application center at the given timing, they may miss the chance to undergo the appointment. In such cases, the applicant is responsible for requesting and managing locally with the local team at the visa application center. Goparyatak may not be able to provide assistance when the guest is at the Visa application center/consulate/embassy.

  • In the event of a sudden death during the visa application process, please immediately contact the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa application center. Goparyatak will provide assistance and support, but the procedures and policies may vary by country. Kindly review the specific visa terms and conditions and consult with the authorities for guidance.
