Itinerary
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to Pelling, a serene town situated at an altitude of 6,300 feet. The journey to Pelling takes approximately six hours, offering scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full-day sightseeing tour of Pelling. In the morning, visit Darap Village, known for its cultural richness, followed by the mesmerizing Rimbi Waterfalls and the serene Khecheopalri Lake, also called the Wish-Fulfilling Lake. Conclude the morning with a visit to the magnificent Khangchendzongha Waterfalls. In the afternoon, explore the historic Pemayangtse Monastery and the ancient Rabdentse Ruins, which was once the second capital of Sikkim. Experience the thrill of walking on the Sang-Ngag Choling Skywalk and conclude the day with a visit to the New Helipad Ground. Spend your evening at leisure before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Pelling.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Gangtok, situated at 5,500 feet. En route, visit the Sai Temple, a peaceful retreat for spiritual seekers, and the Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) at Namchi, featuring replicas of India’s famous Char Dham shrines. The drive to Gangtok takes around five hours, offering breathtaking views of the region’s natural beauty. On arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Begin your day with breakfast before heading out for an excursion to the stunning Tsomgo Lake, located at an altitude of 12,400 feet. This glacial lake is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and offers a tranquil atmosphere. From Tsomgo Lake, continue your journey to Baba Mandir, situated at 13,200 feet, a sacred shrine dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh. Return to Gangtok in the evening and spend the rest of the night at your hotel. Please note that valid photo identification is required for this excursion, and alternative sightseeing will be arranged if Tsomgo Lake is inaccessible due to weather conditions. On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out from your hotel. You will then be transferred to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra International Airport, a journey of approximately five hours.
