Arrive in Almaty, where you'll be welcomed at the airport with a personalized placard. Transfer to your hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free for you to unwind or explore the neighborhood around your hotel at your own pace.
After breakfast, depart for an adventurous day trip. Drive to the magnificent Charyn Canyon, also known as the Valley of Castles, ranked second in size after the Grand Canyon. Enjoy a scenic 30–40 minute hike along the flat terrain and return via an Eco-Taxi Safari to the parking area. En route, make brief stops at a petrol station and Black Canyon. Enjoy a packed lunch or dine at Tary Restaurant. Continue to the picturesque Kolsay Lake (2-hour drive) and spend time exploring the lakeside or walking on the ice for photos. Return to Almaty
Start your day with a full city tour. Visit 28-Panfilov Park, home to the world’s tallest wooden cathedral built without nails, and the Eternal Flame commemorating World War II heroes. Continue to the Green Bazaar, where you can try traditional Kazakh delicacies like kumys, kurt, and kazy (closed on Mondays). Stroll along Arbat Street, a lively pedestrian zone with boutiques and street performers. End the day at Kok-Tobe Hill, offering panoramic views of Almaty and the surrounding mountains.
Depart from the hotel for a mountain escape. Visit Shymbulak Ski Resort, located at an altitude of 3,200 meters, and enjoy a cable car ride to the summit. Relax in cafes or explore the rope park and other attractions. Next, visit the Medeu Skating Rink, the highest skating rink in the world. Enjoy some shopping at local malls before returning to the hotel.
After breakfast, head to the beautiful Oi Qaragai Resort, an all-season mountain getaway perfect for families and adventure lovers. Take part in various optional activities such as the Rope Park, Trolley Park, Horse Riding, Archery, Electric Bike Rentals, Mountain Carting, Climbing Park, Paintball, and guided Hiking Tours.
