Bhutan Highlights

Meet & greet on arrival at Paro Airport and drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Check in at the hotel and relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk around Thimphu city or relax at the hotel.
Overnight Stay: Thimphu

After breakfast, visit Buddha Dordenma (Kuenselphodrang) for panoramic views of Thimphu Valley. Continue to the National Memorial Chorten and Folk Heritage Museum. Later visit Sangaygang View Point, followed by the Takin Preserve Centre, home to Bhutan’s national animal. Visit Changangkha Lhakhang, a sacred hilltop temple, and in the evening explore Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Bhutan’s government and monastic body.
Overnight Stay: Thimphu

After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdue via the scenic Dochula Pass (10,334 ft.), famous for its 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens and Himalayan views. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, followed by a short and easy hike to Chhimi Lhakhang, the famous Temple of Fertility. Evening free for leisure.
Overnight Stay: Punakha / Wangdue

After breakfast, drive to Paro Valley, stopping en route at Royal Botanical Park, Lamperi, a haven for nature lovers with rare flora and bird species. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) followed by Rinpung Dzong, the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Evening free at leisure.
Overnight Stay: Paro

After breakfast, drive to the base point and hike to the legendary Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), dramatically perched on a cliff face. This sacred site is Bhutan’s most iconic landmark. Later (if time permits), visit Drukgyel Dzong, offering views of Mt. Jhomolhari, and the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Paro Airport for your onward journey, concluding your memorable Bhutan holiday.
