General Terms and conditions for Domestic travel:
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking if no booking has been made earlier.
- Child upto 05 years on complementary and above 05 years chargeable at all.
- Entry Fees /Room bookings /Safari /Activities Charges for Foreigners Would Be Different From the Indian.
- Sightseeing entry charges are to be booked separately online or directly payable on the spot by the travelers unless they are part of inclusions
- One Sightseeing visit only one time, repeated sightseeing visit chargeable basis.
- Request you to please confirm rates before booking. Rooms and hotels are subject to availability at the time of receiving booking.
- In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, a similar hotel will be provided, which can change the above tour package costing.
- Package costing change without prior notice.
- Rates are not valid for Special dates, Public events, VIP movements, Long Weekends and Festivals unless and until the dates are specified
- No Refund for any unutilized rooms, service or sightseeing.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and rates are only for Indian National only.
- Please check hotels area, review, and other requirements as per your Guest, and avoid unnecessary obligations.
- Please note that all Big / Metro city’s hotel have small rooms compared to other areas, so please be aware of the same in advance.
- Some hotels have Twin bed, Queen bed and King bed in the room. Clarify at the time of booking in case you have any choices.
- Goparyatak can forward special requests for food choices or special arrangements requested by guests. However, whether the hotel fulfills them as complementary or at an additional cost is solely at the hotel’s discretion, not ours. Terms and conditions apply.
- In case of any event , exhibition , or any global sports events hotels rates will change without any prior notice.
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- Hotel / Camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
- Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
- Hotels generally have power generators and water storage. However, in case of disruptions, we are not liable.
- Day one breakfast and last day dinner are not included unless it is specified in the inclusions list. Directly coordinate with the hotel for packed meals.
- Private pools, Jacuzzi, bath tubs, balconies, and extraordinary views are not available in the base category rooms included in the tour package proposal by default. Guests are advised to inform us in advance if they have any special requirements for room amenities. Such requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. To avoid disappointment during the tour, we recommend notifying us beforehand of any specific room preferences or upgrades.
- As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identification documents are: Passport & Visa, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
- For additional adults, many hotels provide extra bed mattresses. Kindly inform us in advance.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or wifi. Normal packages do not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels.
- Christmas and New Year gala Dinner is not included in the package cost unless they are specified in the inclusions list.
- Hotel check-in and checkout times vary per the hotel policy. Generally, check-in is between 12 noon to 3 pm, and checkout is from 8 am to 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability at the hotel’s discretion. Some hotels offer 24-hour check-in for flexibility. Please confirm with us your arrival timing in advance to coordinate your check in with the hotel. In usual cases: all arrivals prior to 6AM are billed from the previous night.
- Due to any reason if Vehicle breaks down, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired. Kindly cooperate in such circumstances.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
- AC of the vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills. In hill stations after snowfall, routine cabs may not be able to travel on snow-covered roads. Guests must arrange and directly pay for 4×4 vehicles for transportation in such conditions. The additional cost for 4×4 vehicles is not included in the tour package and will be borne by the guest.
- Drivers will not drive on Noentry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jams. Normal working hours of a driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
- The vehicle will not go to places prohibited by local taxi unions or authorities unless and until it is agreed
- Night driving is not recommended. Night driving charges will be extra, payable directly to the driver by the guest.
- Kindly treat the driver with respect and ensure sufficient rest for safe driving.
- Vehicle which will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the guest as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis).
- In some hill areas roads driving after sunset and music are not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate.
- For properties inaccessible by our cab due to demographics or narrow roads, we’ll coordinate with the hotel for guest check-in. Any optional additional transport costs, even if the property is walkable, are borne by the client. Terms subject to specific locations and arrangements. Confirm details with us beforehand.
- Pickup and drop will be at a single point. Multiple pickups or drop points will incur additional charges. Terms and conditions apply.
- In case you want multiple visits to some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
- Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice. Change requests must be initiated during the office timing (i.e between 10 am to 6 pm, mon to sat only, closed on national holidays)
- Confirmed hotels as per vouchers. Upgrades due to mismatched expectations at extra cost. Agreed products may vary from imagined. Prior communication ensures satisfaction.
- Before confirming, ensure the proposed property meets your expectations (e.g., lift, AC, pool, kitchen). Once confirmed and paid, Goparyatak is not liable. Changing property may incur handling/cancellation charges. Please review carefully before finalizing.
- Excluded: Delays/charges due to unforeseen natural calamities like landslides / cloudburst / excessive snowfall, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), VIP movements, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Prevent issues. Inform us before paying the driver directly for addons not in itinerary.
- In case of an accident with the arranged car rental, immediately report it to the rental provider and our representative. Insurance coverage follows their policy. We are not liable for accidents or damages, and any claims are between the traveler and the rental provider. Comply with legal requirements and safety guidelines while driving. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the rental provider’s policy. Review the rental agreement and insurance coverage beforehand.
- Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Kindly keep us informed if you encounter any unfamiliar situations or before deviating from the planned itinerary with the driver. In the event of any mishaps during such occurrences, we shall not be held responsible. It is essential to exercise caution and adhere to the guidelines provided by our team for a safe and enjoyable journey.
- In case of sudden deaths during the tour, report immediately to our representative. We’ll assist with necessary support and repatriation arrangements, but additional expenses are not our liability. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised. Please note we are not responsible for unforeseen accidents or deaths beyond our control.
- Travelers are fully responsible for any damage caused during the tour and must report it immediately. They will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. A refundable security deposit may be collected at the tour’s start. Comprehensive travel insurance is advised for accidental damage. Our agency is not liable for any damage caused, and legal action may be taken for non-compensation. Precautions and guidelines will be provided to minimize risks.
- In cases where sudden weather changes or unforeseen circumstances necessitate last-minute changes in hotel bookings, guests may request alternative accommodations. However, if the original hotel has already received full payment and the new location requires additional payment, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost difference. Goparyatak shall not be held responsible in such scenarios. Should the prior hotel agree to release room bookings without charging penalties, we will facilitate the change without imposing any additional fees ourselves.
- Goparyatak shall not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of life that may occur if tourists engage in risky or daring activities without our guidance. Additionally, if tourists get involved in disputes with locals, we are not liable for any consequences arising from such incidents. It is essential for tourists to exercise caution and adhere to local laws and guidelines during their travel.
- In the event of road closures, the driver may need to reroute the cab to reach the destination. If the distance traveled exceeds the originally planned route, any additional kilometers will be at the expense of the guest. The extra cost incurred due to rerouting will not be covered by the tour package and shall be borne by the guest.
- Sometimes time vehicle parking area is a little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
- No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities
- In the event that authorities deny entry to the vehicle or travelers due to insufficient documents or any clause imposed by the local authorities, we shall not be held responsible. In such cases, full retention charges will apply, and no refunds will be provided. It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure they have all the necessary documents and comply with local regulations for a smooth and trouble-free experience.
- No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
- Respectful behavior towards our team and service providers is essential. Misbehavior may lead to immediate removal from the tour without refund. Tourists must adhere to responsible tourism guidelines, refraining from littering, spitting, or inappropriate behavior in public places, including no sexual activities in public. Respect for local culture, environment, and wildlife is expected throughout the journey.
