Visa Requirements for New Zealand
Mandatory Documents (Applicant)
- Original Passport + Old Passports
- Visa Application Form (for minors – both parents’ signature and child’s sign/thumb impression as per passport)
- Two Recent Photographs (as per visa photo specifications)
- Applicant Mobile Number & Personal Email ID (compulsory)
- Personal Covering Letter addressed to New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi
- Personal Bank Statement – last 6 months (with bank seal & signature on each page)
- Income Tax Returns – last 3 years
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Investment Papers – FDs / PPF / Shares Certificate copies
- Return Flight Ticket & Hotel Booking (if booked – not mandatory)
If Applicant is a Student
- School/College ID Card OR Bonafide Certificate
If Applicant is a Minor
- NOC Letter from parent(s) in case child is traveling alone or with one parent
If Applicant is Employed
- Leave Letter from Employer mentioning:
- Applicant’s Name & Designation
- Leave Dates
- Purpose of Travel
- Signing Authority’s Name, Designation, & Company Seal
- Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips (with company seal & signature)
- Appointment/Offer/Joining Letter (mandatory for first-time travelers)
If Applicant is a Businessperson
- Covering Letter on Company Letterhead with seal & signature
- Company Bank Statement – last 6 months (with seal & signature on each page)
- Company Income Tax Papers – last 3 years
If Visiting Relatives in New Zealand
- Invitation Letter from Host
- Host’s Passport / PR Copy
- Host’s Bank Statement
- Host’s Job Offer Letter
- Accommodation Proof
