TOURIST/ FAMILY VISIT:

Note – VFS Appointment is mandatory for Application Submission

• Original passport + old passports 

• Visa Form (For minor both parents signature and child sign/thump as per passport required)

• 2 Photo (3.5 x 4.5 mm white background 80% face size 25 x35 mm) not previously used in any visa.

• Applicant Mobile No. and Personal E mail ID Compulsory  

• Personal Covering letter address to New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi with mention Applicant Passport details, Work Profile, exact travel purpose ,where will staying in New Zealand, travel date, who will bear expenses, Home address, Mobile No.

• Hotel Confirmation (if booked, not mandatory)

• Return Ticket  (if booked, not mandatory)

• Personal last 6 months bank statement with bank seal and signature each and every pages. 

• Last 3 years Income Tax Papers.

• If Married Marriage Cert is mandatory

• Investment papers – FDS/PPF/Shares Certificate copy

• For Student – School/College Id or Bonafide Certificate.

• In case Children traveling alone or with one Parent then NOC letter from other Parent or both parents required. (On Rs.100/-  Stamp paper & Notarized)

If Working

• Leave Letter from Company with Name, Designation, Leave Date, Purpose of travel, and signing authority person Name, designation with company seal must.
• Last 3 months salary slips with company seal & Signature must.
• For 1st time traveler -Appointment Letter / Offer letter / Joining letter

If Business

• If Business – Covering Letter on Business Letter Head with Company Seal & Business proof
• If Business – Company last 6 months bank statement with bank seal and signature each and every pages. 
• If Business – Company Income Tax paper last 03 years 

If Visiting Relatives

• If visiting relatives along with their Invitation Letter, passport/ PR copy, Bank statement, Job offer Letter, Accommodation Proof
