1. Original Passport
   • Valid for at least 6 months
   • Minimum 3 blank pages
   • Include all old passports (if any)
2. Online UK Visa Application Form
3. Appointment Letter Confirmation
4. UK Visa Fee Payment Receipt
5. Two (2) recent color photographs
6. Personal Covering Letter
   • Employed: On plain paper
   • Self-Employed: On letterhead
7. Original, updated bank statement
   • Covering last 6 months
   • Stamped and signed by the bank
   • Must show sufficient bank balance
8. Income Tax Returns / Form 16 (last 3 years)
9. Supporting Financial Documents (Optional but Advisable)
   • Fixed Deposits
   • Property Investments
   • Recurring Deposits
   • Other financial assets

• Invitation Letter on UK company letterhead
• Covering Letter on Indian company letterhead

Additional Documents for Tourist Visa

1. If Employed:

• Original leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature
• Last 3 months’ salary slips

2. If Self-Employed:

• Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership Deed
• Updated company bank statement for the last 6 months
• Company’s IT returns for the last 3 years

3. If Retired:

• Proof of retirement (e.g., pension book, pension statement, etc.)

4. If Student:

• School/College/Institute ID Card
• Bonafide certificate

5. If Minor:

• Birth Certificate
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent(s) or non-accompanying parent on Rs. 100/- stamp paper
• Parent’s ID proof (Passport or PAN card)
