Common Documents Required

1. Original Passport
   • Valid for at least 6 months
   • Minimum 3 blank pages
   • Include all old passports (if any)
2. Photograph
   • 2 scanned recent color photographs
3. Flight Ticket
   • Confirmed return flight ticket
4. Accommodation Proof
   • Hotel booking OR
   • Invitation letter (if staying with relative/friend)
5. Travel Itinerary
   • Day-wise itinerary
6. Financial Proof
   • Sufficient funds for the entire trip (cash, debit/credit card, etc.)
7. Invitation Letter (For business travelers)

Additional Requirements Based on Situation

5. If Minor:

• Birth Certificate
• No Objection Certificate from parents / non-accompanying parent (on Rs. 100/- stamp paper)
• Parent’s ID proof (Passport or PAN card)

6. If Visiting Friend or Relative:

• Invitation Letter
• Inviter’s ID proof (Passport or Resident Permit)
• Address proof (Electricity bill, Utility bill, etc.)

7. If Sponsored:

Updated bank statement for the last 6 months

Sponsorship Letter

Sponsor’s national ID proof (Passport, PAN card, or Resident Permit)
