Welcome to GoParyatak Tourism, Pune. By booking any domestic travel service with us, you agree to the following General Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth travel experience while protecting travelers and our agency from unforeseen complications.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. 1. Hotel Bookings & Room Policies
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- In case the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar hotel of equivalent category will be provided. This may change the package cost.
- Hotel rates may vary during events, peak seasons, exhibitions, long weekends, VIP movements, and festivals.
- All prices are quoted in INR and applicable only for Indian nationals.
- No refunds are provided for unused rooms, meals, or services.
- Hotel room sizes in metro cities may be smaller compared to other destinations.
- Room types (Twin/Queen/King beds) vary; guests must specify preferences during booking.
- Day 1 breakfast and last-day dinner are excluded unless mentioned in inclusions.
- Many hotels charge extra for heaters, Wi-Fi, special amenities, etc. These must be paid directly at the hotel.
- Christmas/New Year Gala Dinners are not included unless explicitly specified.
2. Valid Identification Requirements
As per Government of India directives, all guests must present valid ID proof at check-in:
- Passport & Visa (for foreign nationals)
- Voter ID
- Driving License All IDs must include a photograph. Hotels/camps may deny check-in without proper documentation, and GoParyatak is not responsible for such denials.
3. Room Amenities & Special Requirements
- Private pools, jacuzzis, bathtubs, balconies, and premium views are not included in base-category rooms.
- Guests must inform us in advance for upgraded room amenities; availability and additional charges apply.
- Extra beds may be provided as mattresses. Inform us beforehand if required.
- Many hotels in hill stations do not have lifts. Guests uncomfortable with stairs must notify us prior to booking.
4. Entry Tickets, Sightseeing & Activities
- Sightseeing entry fees, camera charges, safaris, and activities must be booked by travelers unless included.
- Entry fees for foreign nationals differ from Indian nationals.
- Each sightseeing point is covered once only. Additional visits incur extra charges.
- Some sightseeing spots require a long walk from the parking area; guests must manage this independently.
5. Vehicle, Transportation & Driver Guidelines
- Vehicles operate on a point-to-point basis as per itinerary, not at disposal.
- AC does not operate in hilly areas.
- After snowfalls, only 4x4 vehicles may operate. Charges for 4x4 vehicles must be borne by the guest.
- Drivers cannot drive in No-Entry zones, extremely narrow roads, or restricted areas.
- Night driving is not recommended. Extra night driving charges apply directly to the driver.
- Drivers have a maximum duty limit of 12 hours. Extended service must be informed in advance.
- In case of vehicle breakdown:
- Minor issues will be repaired on the spot
- For major issues, a replacement vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible
- Rerouting due to road closures may increase distance. Extra kilometers must be paid by the guest.
6. Pickup & Drop Policies
- Pickup and drop will be from a single point. Multiple pickup/drop points attract extra charges.
- Properties inaccessible by car due to narrow or steep roads may require additional local transfers at the guest’s cost.
7. Weather, Road, and Safety Conditions
GoParyatak is not responsible for delays or changes caused by:
- Landslides
- Heavy snowfall
- Road blockages
- Flight cancellations
- Political unrest
- Strikes/Bandhs
- Natural disasters
- Curfews or VIP movements
In such cases, guests may need to reschedule or bear additional expenses directly.
8. Health, Fitness & Safety Responsibilities
- Guests are presumed medically fit for travel.
- Any allergies or medical conditions must be informed to us in advance.
- GoParyatak is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of life caused by:
- Negligence
- Risky adventure activities
- Unapproved route deviations
- Conflicts or disputes with locals
- Sudden medical emergencies or deaths:
- Must be reported immediately
- We will assist with coordination
- Additional expenses are the guest’s responsibility
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
9. Conduct & Behavioral Expectations
- Respectful behavior towards drivers, hotel staff, and GoParyatak representatives is mandatory.
- Misbehavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- Guests must follow responsible tourism practices, including:
- No littering
- No public indecency
- Respect local cultures, laws, and wildlife
10. Luggage, Belongings & Theft
- Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times.
- GoParyatak is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items in hotels or vehicles.
11. Itinerary Change Policies
- Tour routes cannot be altered without prior approval.
- Change requests are accepted during office hours: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays)
- If hotel rebooking is requested due to weather or personal preference:
- Additional cost differences must be borne by the guest
- If the original hotel waives charges, we will process changes without extra fees
12. Documentation & Local Authority Compliance
- Guests must carry all necessary documents (IDs, permits, passes).
- If travelers or vehicles are denied entry due to insufficient documents, no refund will be issued.
- Full retention charges apply for no-shows due to local authority restrictions.
13. Accident, Damage & Liability Policies
- Any damage caused by travelers during the tour must be reported immediately.
- Guests are liable for repair or replacement costs.
- Hotels/vehicles may collect a refundable security deposit.
- Vehicle accident claims follow the rental provider’s insurance policy.
- GoParyatak is not liable for:
- Accidents
- Damages
- Third-party disputes
- Legal consequences
14. External Events & Force Majeure
No cancellation or refund will be provided in situations beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Calamities
- Road blockages
- Acts of terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Technical failures
15. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Provisions
- Rates may change without prior notice.
- Booking confirmation is subject to full advance payment.
- Services may be canceled by management without refund until full payment is received.
- No refund for short stays or unutilized services.
16. Important Advisory
Before finalizing your package, please thoroughly review:
- Hotel category
- Location
- Room amenities
- Accessibility
- Weather expectations
- Transportation requirements
Once confirmed, GoParyatak is not liable for mismatched expectations. Changes after confirmation may involve cancellation or handling charges.
