Celebrate the vibrancy of Gujarat with this 4-day Rann Utsav experience. Stay at the luxurious Tent City in Dhordo, enjoy folk performances, shop for Kutchi handicrafts, and witness the magical sunrise and sunset over the White Desert. With excursions to Mandvi’s royal palaces and serene beaches, Kala Dungar (the Black Hill), and Bhuj’s Smritivan Museum, this itinerary is a perfect balance of culture, heritage, and relaxation.

  • Luxury stay in Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo.
  • Witness sunrise & sunset over the White Rann.
  • Excursion to Mandvi – Vijay Vilas Palace, Mandvi Beach & Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial.
  • Explore Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point in Kutch.
  • Visit Gandhi Nu Gaam handicraft village.
  • Cultural evenings with folk dance, music & performances.
  • Explore Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj.

Day 1 :
Arrival in Bhuj – Transfer to Dhordo (Tent City)

  • Arrive at Bhuj Airport / Railway Station. Fixed departure transfers at 08:15 AM, 10:00 AM, 01:30 PM, 03:30 PM.

  • 12:30 PM onwards: Warm welcome & check-in at Tent City.

  • 12:30 – 02:30 PM: Lunch at dining hall.

  • 02:30 – 04:30 PM: Leisure time – explore Skyzilla adventure park, crafts bazaar, art gallery & rejuvenation center.

  • 04:00 – 05:00 PM: High tea.

  • 05:00 – 07:00 PM: Visit White Rann Sunset Point (by bus/camel cart).

  • 07:30 – 10:00 PM: Dinner at dining hall.

  • 09:00 – 10:30 PM: Folk dance & cultural performances.

  • Overnight: Tent City, Dhordo

Day 2 :
Excursion to Mandvi

  • 06:00 AM: Morning tea.

  • 07:00 – 08:00 AM: Breakfast at dining hall.

  • 08:00 AM onwards: Drive to Mandvi (~140 km).

  • Visit:

    • Mandvi Beach – enjoy horse/camel rides, relax at private beach.

    • Lunch at private beachside dining area.

    • Vijay Vilas Palace – summer retreat of Kutch royalty.

    • Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial – tribute to a great freedom fighter.

  • Evening return to Tent City, Dhordo.

  • 07:30 – 10:00 PM: Dinner.

  • 09:00 – 10:30 PM: Cultural activity area performances.

  • Overnight: Tent City, Dhordo

Day 3 :
White Rann Sunrise & Kala Dungar Excursion

  • 06:00 AM: Morning tea.

  • 06:30 – 07:00 AM: Sunrise visit to White Rann.

  • 06:30 – 07:30 AM: Optional yoga session.

  • 07:30 – 10:00 AM: Breakfast.

  • 10:00 – 12:30 PM: Free time – activities, shopping & relaxation.

  • 12:30 – 02:30 PM: Lunch.

  • 03:00 – 07:30 PM: Excursion to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) with stop at Gandhi Nu Gaam handicraft village. Refreshments served.

  • 07:30 – 10:00 PM: Dinner.

  • 09:00 – 10:30 PM: Cultural evening show.

  • Overnight: Tent City, Dhordo

Day 4 :
Departure – Bhuj Sightseeing

  • 06:00 AM: Morning tea.

  • 06:30 – 07:30 AM: Optional yoga session.

  • 07:30 – 09:30 AM: Breakfast.

  • 09:30 AM: Check-out from Tent City.

  • En route to Bhuj, visit Smritivan Earthquake Museum (closed Mondays).

  • Transfer to Bhuj Airport / Railway Station for departure.

  • Tour concludes with cultural & desert memories of Kutch.
