You’ll then embark on a road trip through beautiful valleys, visiting places like Kargil, Drass, and the Nubra Valley, with a thrilling drive through Khardungla Pass. The highlight of the tour is a visit to the breathtaking Pangong Lake, with its changing colors and scenic beauty. The trip ends with a drive back to Leh, where you’ll catch your flight home, leaving you with unforgettable memories of this Himalayan adventure.

Itinerary
Arrive at Leh airport by morning flight, offering spectacular views of the K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum peaks, and the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to settle in and acclimatize to the high altitude (over 11,000 feet). In the afternoon, visit Leh Market, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa for an introduction to the fascinating city. Stay overnight in Leh.
After breakfast, drive towards Uleytokpo, visiting en route Likir Monastery, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, the Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River, and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. After lunch, continue to Lamayuru Monastery and marvel at the moon-like landscapes. Stay overnight in Kargil.
After breakfast, head to Drass for sightseeing. Later, drive back to Leh, visiting Basgo and Alchi Monastery en route. Stay overnight in Leh.
After an early breakfast, embark on a journey to Nubra Valley, passing through the highest motorable road in the world, Khardungla Pass (5602 meters). On arrival in Nubra, visit the sand dunes at Hunder, where you can enjoy a camel ride, cultural dance show, and ATV rides (at your own cost). If time permits, visit the Diskit Monastery. Check-in to your hotel/camps in Nubra Valley. The evening is free for leisure. Stay overnight in Nubra.
Drive towards Leh until reaching Khalsar. Take a left turn from the Agyam bridge towards the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is steep, but offers scenic beauty. Continue towards Tangtse and drive to Pangong Lake, which is located on the Indo-China border. Enjoy the changing colors of the lake, which range from blue to green to red. It is one of the highest altitude saline water lakes in the world, also featured in movies like 3 Idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Stay overnight at a campsite near Pangong Lake.
Start your day with breakfast by the serene Pangong Lake. Begin the return drive, passing through villages like Durbuk and Tangtse. Take a short break at Changla Pass for a hot cup of tea. Arrive in Leh for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Leh airport. Depart with beautiful memories of your journey.
